The Coachbuilder
Juan Carlos has spent his working life around air-cooled 911s: stripping shells to bare metal, lead-loading seams, rebuilding flat-sixes, and learning why a factory panel feels the way it does. The cars taught him that authenticity lives in the material and the method, not the badge.
911 Imports is his answer to a simple problem: the original parts are gone, and reproductions are never quite right. So he scans the originals, lets AI reconstruct the geometry Porsche intended, prints the tooling, and then builds the part by hand in the material it was always meant to be. Modern certainty, old-world craft, one commission at a time.
